Shipping & Returns Policy
Most orders are processed between 3 - 14 days. While improving, additional time may be required during the Covid -19 pandemic. Additional time may be required for the holiday or increased seasonal shopping season. Shipping time takes 3 - 7 business days. Orders and shipped from Colorado and we do not ship on weekends nor holidays.
30-Day Right of Return
For all goods that you do not like or do not suit you, there is a 30-day right of return. Please make sure that the goods have not been used and send them back in new condition as we cannot take them back if they have been worn, washed and damaged or stained.
We do not pay for return shipment unless the goods are defective. For defective goods or wrong deliveries, we pay the return shipment within the United States. We will pay only the costs of the return shipment of defective goods from United States. Proof of defective product required before refund will be issued. How It Works
If you do not like the good and you want to make use of your 30-day right of return then please proceed as follows:
1. Pack the unused goods safely in their original packaging for your return
2. Deliver the package to a shipping company that best fits your schedule and pay per company standards
3. To ensure that your return is processed smoothly please include an original invoice/receipt in the package when you ship it off. Please write us a brief reason for your return.
